the best poet

Once again it must be said that had we not moved to Tanzania, I may never have had the time or inclination to learn to bake bread. And what a wondrous thing it is! Just yeast, salt, water and flour, the rising dough, the shaping of the loaf, the smell of it filling the kitchen and the elemental satisfaction of eating bread you have made yourself.
